COMPANY HISTORY 

In 1997, the company "Prostir" was founded in the city of Mykolaiv. At the time of its establishment, the company had 2 cargo trucks - KAMAZ (long-length) and ZIL (flatbed) - on its balance sheet. The company was fulfilling private orders.

From 2000 to 2003, 6 more units of transport were acquired. The main customer was the distributor of the company "SanInBev Ukraine". The delivery of products to retail stores in the Mykolaiv and Odessa regions was carried out.

In 2002, the company participated in a state project for the transportation of bulk cargo and the implementation of a project to build a high-speed highway from Odessa to Kyiv.

During 2004-2006, an additional 20-tonne fleet of trucks with tarpaulin, isothermal, and refrigerated semi-trailers was purchased to increase transportation volumes, with a total fleet of 15 units at its peak.

In 2008, the entire fleet began operating on a route from Mykolaiv to the Crimean peninsula. A series of contracts were signed, with the largest being with the company "Sandora", which allowed for the most efficient use of the entire fleet.

From 2005-2009, the company actively expanded and increased transportation volumes, including building materials from eastern Ukraine.

In 2009, a decision was made to develop expeditionary activities by providing quality logistics services for companies such as PepsiCo and other leading freight forwarders in Ukraine.

At the end of 2009, a branch was opened in Crimea, in the city of Sevastopol.

In 2010, a contract was signed with the company "San InBev Ukraine".

In 2011, a contract was signed with the company "ATB" based on the created RC in the city of Tsyurupynsk (now Oleshky). The company provides 85% of the shipping needs for "ATB" in southern Ukraine.

In 2011, a decision was made to completely abandon the maintenance of its own transport and focus on the development of quality forwarding services for large companies in Ukraine.

In August 2013, a branch of the company "Prostir" was opened.

Until 2014, the central office of the logistics department of the company "Prostir" was located in Sevastopol. After the annexation of Crimea, a logistics department was created in Mykolaiv at the place of legal registration of the enterprise. The Russian Federation unit is taking a course towards independent development.

From 2014-2018, the "Prostir" company adopted a diversification strategy for developing its client base, increasing the geography of transportation, expanding the portfolio of services for clients, as well as taking a course towards reorganizing processes and introducing an organizing structure of the company.

During the period of 2018-2020, contracts were signed with leading FMCG companies such as "AB InBev Efes", "Coca Cola", "Carlsberg", "Mareven Food", "InAgro", "Vitmark" (Jaffa), "JDE" and many others.

At the end of 2020, the central office of the "Prostir" company moved to a new building with an area of over 400 sq. m. with prospects and plans for sustainable development.

Currently, 52 employees work in the "Prostir" company, which has a new modern office in the center of Mykolaiv and in Odessa; the company is a partner to many large FMCG companies; the total number of contracts is more than 70, of which 56 are active with daily orders for shipping. The company cares about its employees, conducts active social activities, and actively develops.

Since the creation of the company "PROSTIR" until now, our team of employees has repeatedly proven that we are capable of achieving planned results, and all new stages of development have been the result of changes. Today we work with world leaders - FMCG companies, have 2 offices in Mykolaiv and Odessa, and are confidently developing. We have already made significant achievements and benefits to society - our history speaks to this, but there is still much ahead!
